The design of the iconic Edgar chair has been a source of inspiration for Weylandts. From humble beginnings in Walvis Bay, Namibia, Edgar Weylandt, Chris’ father, first discovered his design eye and love for furniture. One of the first pieces in his collection was the very chair that inspired the creation of the Edgar Chair. A brief moment that morphed into a legacy, this piece is a tribute to the bold ideas, brave decisions, and unwavering passion that have led Chris and Anna Weylandt on this journey.
