Aluminium is rust-resistant, lightweight and exceptionally durable. It's also known to be endlessly recyclable – a resource that almost never ends up in a landfill. It's also naturally abundant which helps determine its economical price point.

Aluminium can easily be coloured by anodization and holds paint extremely well. It can also be finished in various ways: antiqued, oxidised, burnished, electroplated and powder coated.

Many of our metal products are made with aluminium (even if it appears to be brass or nickel in colour). By using aluminium with an antique brass finish, for example, you get the look of brass, together with the beneficial qualities of aluminium.

Our outdoor aluminium products have been powder coated to protect it from weathering and corrosion.

• Clean with a damp, soft cloth and neutral cleaning agent (pH value -7). Do not scour.
• Avoid letting water stand on the surface of your furniture.
• If aluminium is in a saltwater climate, rinse off and wash with soap weekly to remove all salt, as salt deposits can damage the finish.
• Exposure to humid conditions might cause greenish deposits on the surface. This can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
• Excessive force or dragging may bend aluminium frames or legs.
